Real estate
Mission Hills has extensive charm and allure thanks in part to the many historic homes throughout the area that showcase the original Craftsman and Spanish styles of the surrounding region from the late 1800s/early 1900s. Because of its exclusivity, prime location with views of the downtown skyline, Mission Valley, the San Diego Bay and the Pacific Ocean, Mission Hills has become a status of exclusivity thanks in part to high real estate values.
